TODO: Please unify the Windows/Mac shortcuts so everyone is pressing the same thing. I highly discouage using R and T as they are used for refresh and new tab; let's not overload them.
I believe we discussed using 1/2/3 or maybe even see if the F1/F2 etc keys work...

Roger So Please also change name on frontend from "Internal Notes" to "Candidate Notes" and link to t1.gl/Candidate-Notes for reference.

I suggest having a different shortcut for inserting the template and inserting the date/time.
