The addition of Jennifer into the SOP for when terms are generated to be for email agreement was unannounced - Janet sent out the terms herself to Binance, and Edwin corrected the SOP (attached img) on the Binance thread. Because it was on Janet's thread, Welly did not read about the changes to the SOP.
From Spencer - proposed solutions:
1) Realize that things change quickly and misunderstandings happen. If some departments operate on deprecated or wrong SOPs, exercise to forgive with the realization that everyone has many things to balance on their plates.
2) Practice over communicating when it comes to our SOPs, especially now when we are starting to rely on them. For instance, Edwin should tag the rest of the BD team or send an announcement email to the BD team. A good proxy to know when to announce or tag is whenever "update hackmd" is mentioned.
