Currently: Even if api-v3 is down, it just says "You are not logged in." or "This resource doesn't exist"
Instead: It should explain in more details the problem, e.g. "The backend api-v3 is down" and any actions that should be done:
  • if logged out, explains where to go to log in
  • if resource doesn't exist, provide a list of URLs they may be looking for they can click on
  • if server is down, asks them to email 3eng@ and also announce in Dingtalk WITH A FULL SCREENSHOT and how to take a screenshot
